Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following store policies.

Ordering Online

We accept Paypal as a payment method when ordering goods either via Wholesale or Dropshipping. You will not be required to open a Paypal account to pay this way, you can simply pay with your credit or debit card. Full details can be found here: www.paypal.co.uk

If you wish, you may also send us a cheque, we need to have received your cheque before we ship any merchandise, please include a printed copy of your invoice. We also accept Postal Orders.

Delivery Details

Delivery will be charged at the following rate:

For our International customers, please contact us BEFORE placing your order so we can work out the appropriate postage costs to your country. You will have a chance to review the delivery charges before submitting your order. Actual costs are shown after you have completed your details at the checkout but before confirming your order.

Delivery is within 10-14 working days or sooner whenever possible. You will be contacted once your order has been despatched to inform you of delivery date and tracking details.

Return / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you must inform us within thirty days of receipt. Items must be returned to us by post in their original packages. Upon receipt we will refund the cost of the goods including postage charges. Or we will exchange items, only if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 30 days of receipt of the product. If an item is to be exchanged we will pay the postage costs to send the exchanged item. All products to be returned must be carefully repacked in their original packing, a refund or exchange will only be given upon receipt of the returned item.

Cancelled Orders

We offer a full refund on any orders that are subsequently cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

Prices

Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. All prices quoted are Exclusive of VAT.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 2 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.

Safety Checks

Please check all items for manufactures notes before using to check your child is the correct age to be using the product, please also be aware that some items may be a choking hazard to younger children, TCTS Wholesale does not accept liability for product misuse once an item has been purchased.
